We purchased this home as a foreclosure as a way to make our retirement a little easier. We knew we had work to do. As you will be able t see from the "before" pics, most all the plumbing was removed as was the air conditioning and the carpets were absolutely gross! But the purchase price was right and the main structural issues were good so we were ready to begin working.
